This meat thermometer is designed for roasting meat and incorporates a Ø45mm dial with a pointed Ø4 x 105mm, stainless steel pointed probe.

The meat roasting thermometer indicates temperature over the range of 0 to 120°C in 1°C divisions. For the most accurate temperature measurement, insert the meat roasting thermometer into the thickest part of the meat or poultry.

The meat thermometer dial is clearly marked for beef, lamb, pork and poultry.
