Frying thermometers incorporating a Ø50mm dial and a pointed, stainless steel probe available in Ø4 x 150 probe length. These frying thermometers indicate temperature over the range of 0 to 300°C in 10°C divisions.
The frying thermometer stem should be inserted into the oil to obtain the most accurate temperature recording.
The frying thermometer dial is clearly marked for meat, poultry and fish and chips.
